Creative Connections began in August of 1990 and has been a staple to shoppers who desire to find the fine crafts and unique products not found in conventional stores. It follows a long line of retail establishments that have occupied the building since its construction in 1855. There is even Graffiti scrolled on the third floor from the Civil War Era. Previous Building Proprietor Leslie A Nims started as Head Clerk on August 5th, 1892 and purchased the store on April 19, 1919. He eventually sold it on October 1st, 1950.
