We've partnered with The Life Church of Fitchburg, MA to offer food and support to anyone in need. Everyone is welcome to reach out, so please use the contact form below. Hot meals will be made available at The Life Church, 839 Ashby State Rd, Fitchburg, MA on Wednesdays from 11:00AM to 5:00PM. Bags of pantry staples are available for pickup at Creative Connections and at The Life Church. For further resources please contact the church HERE.
