John Harry Gaston is a PPFA recognized Master Certified Picture Framer who has been a professional framer for over 37 years. He is the owner of Gastonart & Frame based in Northborough and operates three retail locations around Massachusetts. Born and raised in Shrewsbury, John is a graduate of Framingham State College where he earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts. Since founding Gastonart & Frame in 2004, John has established himself as a leader and respected educator in the professional picture framing industry. Join us as John presents “The Art of the Frame” when he will share his vast knowledge of picture framing and how he has made it his creative medium of choice. From frame design to fabrication and from presentation to preservation, John will share his unique approach to finding creative custom framing solutions that become works of art all their own.
