"The poems in Jess Mynes's lovely, airy, color-flickering ONE ANTHEM emphasize sound as sung through the visual sense, with unassuming surety (touch) and a bright range of blues, pouring over. They understand, inherently, that core and edge are parallel bases of perception from which to handle the curious overlap of actual and imagined worlds. There's nothing else like them."—Anselm Berrigan
